Withholding number

I want my number withheld when calling, but simply cannot get the chat/raise a question thing to work. It's usually just grey and unavailable, but on rare occasions if it does start, it just says you're in a queue until it times out.

One of the PN staff will be able to arrange this facility when they see your post.

Note, though, that it's available with or without the 1470 overrride, so maybe post a reply to indicate which you require.
