Will transferring my line rental provider away from PN trigger an ADSL cease?

I have already moved my ADSL away from PN and am intending to move the line to another provider when my contract is up who like PN resells BT service but one of the FAQs on my new ISP's page indicates if any change is made to the PSTN account such as change of name (or anything else) an automatic cease is triggered and I would have to pay to have ADSL reprovisioned, is this correct.
I raised a ticket with them and they replied they were not sure.

Only if its a fully unbundled MPF LLU supplier.
Otherwise your broadband would have been ceased when you moved your phone service to us

Yeah thought so as its only a change of service provider for a PSTN circuit
