Hi - as your order is due to complete today it's possible that an engineer has pulled your cable from your old provider's equipment and not yet plugged into into the Openreach equipment. Please keep an eye on it and let us know if you experience any issues once you receive the 'order complete' notification - hopefully this won't be too long.
