Why has my cancellation been stopped?

I’ve left plusnet and have gone back to sky, however plusnet have stopped the cancellation of my home phone?

Hi @mosie1511,

I'm sorry to hear about this. This could have occurred for a number of reasons however my best advice at this stage would be to contact our Cancellations Team directly on 0800 013 2632, who are available between the hours of 8AM-8PM from Monday to Friday, 9AM-7PM on Saturdays and 9AM-6PM on Sundays. Additionally, it would be worth getting in contact with Sky to let them know the situation and that you wish to proceed with your contract with them.
