Why doesn't Plusnet "Call Protect" block known scammers?

I have just taken yet another scam call from 02035140753, which a cursory Google search, shows has been reported as a known scammer since about June.

If the internet knows this to be a scam caller, what does it take to get Call Protect to update its database of known scam numbers?

I've asked our products team for an answer on this as I'm not aware of the answer myself.

As soon as I know more I'll update this thread further
