Who owns line to property

Have my phone line, rental and broadband with Plusnet.  If there is a fault with the line coming into my property who's responsibility is it to repair, BT or Plusnet.  Came home from work today and my line pulled off the bungalow wall by a delivery lorry i believe.
Thanks

the line is owned by BT, but if you have a fault, PN have to organise the repair

Hi, welcome to the forum.  Smiley
Ultimately, the line is owned and maintained by BT OpenReach.
As a retail customer, faults should be reported to whoever you pay line rental to - in this case Plusnet. Report is as physical damage, and don't mention broadband.

Thanks Guys
Will report fault to Plusnet monday.  Working all weekend, 12 hr shifts, so can do without landline / internet for a while.  Not sure if the boss will agree though.
