Who do I contact if phone line physically damaged

With all this really bad weather, who do I contact if phone line physically damaged, ie blown down ?
Is it PlusNet, BT, Openreach, on my mobile, as obviously I will have lost home phone and broadband.

Hi there,
As pierre_pierre says you need to tell your phone provider who'll raise the fault to you as a damage report. As in your case that's us, please let us know if anything does happen and we'll get it raised for you.

Raise a fault now and by the time Openreach get round to it you will most probably have a fault
