Morning,
SO on the website it says
"With our fibre packages, Evenings & Weekends is included as standard." (http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/package-guides/phone#inclusive-calls)
But I only have weekends? I thought I had E & W too but having been charged 31p for a 2 min conversation after 7PM I noticed I was not.
I am trying to get my parents on to PN from BT and therefore I would get free calls but they probably won't so am I supposed to have weekends only?
Thanks

Oh I see - so I have to have the £15.50 line rental in order to get the E & W calls
Thanks for clearing that up. I might as well scrap the website totally as none of it seems to apply before the update. Shame there is not a website for packages before.

I've found how to add it but note I will be paying more than the new customers.
I have to LOL and be thankful I have the option not to bother.
