Hi ' I was told my phone line would be active today but it isn't ' I would of phones an adviser but I have no phone to use could you help me please

Having looked into your account I can see that the orders are still in progress and they are both (phone and broadband) due to complete today. Please note that it can take anytime up to midnight for the orders to complete and the broadband service may not activate until tomorrow. You should receive email and text confirmation that when your orders complete. I have responded to ticket 80804965 online for you. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to get back in touch!
