When do product changes take effect?

If I change my home phone calls planvia the product change page on the Plusnet web site when will the changes take effect?

Will it be from the date of the next bill or immediately?

Will be from your next billing date .

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I have 20 months of a 24 month contract left.

If I keep my phone line and don't change my broadband package but I just downgrade my calls package, will I be subject to any early termination charges, penalties etc.?

No as you can change your call package (add ons) as often as you like
