What a weird company to try and deal with
I called on Monday reporting my house phone wasn't ringing. It was established that it was a fault with the line.
So I'm emailed saying I'll be updated in 3 days.
Get the update and it says the question will close in 11 days.
That's it? No explanation...nothing to say what's happening... nothing to say anything except what I already know lol
I'm thinking it's time to go do a comparison only will i be able to now or do I have to wait until they have fixed my line? Whenever that will be.

The agent in question didn't raise the issue correctly on our end so we couldn't monitor this for you.

From what we can see this is now resolved?
