What will I be charged for?

Hi Guys,
I've opted to take line rental saver, and line only (so no call package) with Plusnet.
I understand numbers like 0845, 0870 are chargeable, as are your normal 01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers.
I know calls to Plusnet, 1471 and other Plusnet customers are free, however, I wondered if 0800 numbers are free to any company?
Also, is there a way to de-activate Plusnet voicemail? I have an answering machine on my phone.

You can de-activate Voicemail, from the call features page here:

99% of stuff as it's directly linked to the internal system as you would expect.
