What is the credit referred to on my bill?

I'm new to Plusnet. My bill states unused credit £55...what is this please? How do I use it and how long is this credit for eg. monthly/annually? Thanks for any help.

Hey there,

This must be your phone credit limits which must be £55 (the limit). Basically when you make calls, it charges you within your credit limits.

Still not sure I understand. I get free evening and weekend calls...does this mean there's a limit? I have made some calls but it says zero credit used. Confused.

Fix

Have a look here https://www.plus.net/help/phone/about-phone-credit/

If you make calls during the day which are chargeable, they come off your monthly call credit.
