What do you do when your just not getting the service you’re paying for!

I’ve been waiting 5 months for a phone line and broadband since moving to my new home.  I’m paying for a service that I’m just not getting.  23 engineer visits that haven’t turned up.  Pages and pages of excuses, each the same robotic response and your case has been escalated to the highest level.  Your standard terms 12.1 state that if something goes wrong we’ll always put it right.  I’m sorry to say that you are not fulfilling your own terms.  Were so unhappy, disappointed and locked into a contract that doesn’t meet your terms 1.1 or 13.1.
