Well, that was painless ....

Been with PN as my ISP for the best part of 10 years, but finally decided to save a few pennies by moving my phone from BT. Was given today as the transfer and received an e-mail to say it had been done (sent at 03:40!).
Logged in mid-morning and requested 1571 and caller display and they were up and running within an hour or two.
Fantastic!
