My daughter recently transferred her home phone and broadband account from Sky to Plusnet. She kept the same phone number. She now finds that, when messages are left on Voicemail the dial tone is not interrupted to signal that a message has been left. It all worked perfectly while she was with Sky.
The matter has been reported to Plusnet but they do not seem to have a clue why the Voicemail dial tone is not interrupted. Has any member experienced this fault and if so has it been rectified?

I would advise for your daughter to contact our Customer Support team on 0800 432 0200 between 7:30am and 10pm. Alternatively send a private message through social media with her account username and we would be happy to look into this further for her.
