Voicemail

Voicemail is included as a free item on my telephone package but I want to turn it off -  how can I do this and what are the costs, if any ?

Did you ask for this free feature to be turned on? It is only supposed to be turned on at your request.
"Although Voicemail (1571) is free, you'll need to add it via the Telephone Control Panel before you can use it" http://www.plus.net/support/phone/call_features.shtml
Raise a ticket online or phone customer service and ask for it to be removed. I have never heard of a charge being made to remove a feature.
