I did not order voicemail on my line, and it shows as inactive in the Features tab of the Home Phone Control Panel. However a message has just been left on my line while the phone line was busy.
Please can voicemail be switched off. I have now contacted PlusNet via online chat, and they say that it will be removed in the next 24 hours. So hopefully fixed.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Sorry to see voicemail is active on your line despite it not being requested on the account. I understand you've since contacted us and an order has been placed to get this removed from the line.
