Have been puzzled as to why my phone has been giving what sounds like an engaged tone and it seems that voicemail has been activated. How can I deactivate it? I already have a call guardian service but for some reason the voicemail service is bypassing it. I have requested that it be deactivated a while back but, it's still there and a real pain when I have to go through the 1571 listening/deletion process in order to erase those highly irritating marketing calls.
