Voicemail removal

I have just noticed my line has voicemail and I am unable to disable it in the member centre. I have my own answerphone, so don't want this service on my line, how do I get rid of it please?

My Account>Phone>Call Features>remove phone features (small font above the Add call features option). You see both 'Add call features' & 'remove call features' here.
