I have been with plusnet since august last year but still have not managed to get voicemail to work,it keeps saying it is not available on my line.It gives me the option to order it but it still does not activate.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Apologies for the delayed response.
It looks like the voicemail wasn't ordered on our suppliers systems.
I've placed a order to add this and it should be up and running in the next hour or so.
