Voicemail not working

Hi

When I joined last year I opted in for free voicemail on my home phone. However in the last month or so it's stopped working, and if I dial 1571 I get the 'this phone does not have a message service' line. I checked my account and I still have a green box for the voicemail add on.

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks.
