Voicemail not working

when I joined up I selected to have voicemail on my home phone (the basic free voicemail)

Checking the 'Home Phone Control Panel' I can see voicemail is considered active (little green box)

But when I dial 1571 on my phone I get the 'this line does not have an message service' message.

Is there a way I can get the free voicemail turned on?

It doesn't look like your voicemail feature is active on your phone line so I've put that through now.

It should be working within a few hours. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
