I probably should have noticed this before, given I've been a plusnet customer six months now, but eh, I guess I don't get many calls on my landline these days.
Anyway, it seems that I don't have any 1571 voicemail, despite that showing as active on my account. It might be useful, once in a while, so is there any chance this could be fixed?
Or am I doing something wrong? I often am.
