Voicemail not wanted

I know this keeps cropping up - perhaps Plusnet could take note of how many customers have raised this and do something. We do not want the voicemail service. It is not on the call plan and so there is no way of deleting it via the account portal. Our answering machine does a far more effective job. Please remove this 1571 feature from my account. Irritating ringing noise and having to dial 1571 just to listen to a spam caller is not what I want. Thanks.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience that the voicemail feature is causing you and that it's not given you the option to remove it via the member centre. I've placed an order to remove voicemail from your line and this will complete within 72 hours at the latest.
