Had voicemail active ever since joining Plusnet but rarely give out the landline number, so rarely think to check for voicemail. Picked up the phone yesterday to hear an unbroken dial tone, so assumed no message had been left from a missed called, however on dialling 1571 I found TWO voicemail messages, one from about 2 weeks ago with an important message on it! I assumed it was just a one-off, but having left myself a voicemail today I'm still not getting the 'broken' dial tone that I would expect when a message has been left, even though 1571 confirms there is a new message. Can someone please advise?
