Voicemail call feature removal - Home Phone

I am unable to remove my voicemail call feature due to the following message.

"Unable to change service

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

I have tried many times now over the past weeks.

Help would be appreciated.

I've fixed this for you so you should be able to change your call features now
