It's been more than a month since I requested the voicemail extra addon but it's has still not been enabled
"Voicemail Extra  [ Awaiting activation ] £3.00 per month Information
Voice Mail Extra is not included in our Features bundle."
Can you please cancel the request as I do not require the add-on anymore?

The bulk fix is due to be rolled in the next week or two, it has been delayed a couple of times in the final stages of testing; we're currently waiting for improved communications to be prepared to inform the correct customers.

I've just fixed your call features but the bodge tool broke your LRS. I'm putting discounts on for the same duration as your LRS to cover you for the same period so you won't lose out - you'll just see another line item on your invoice with the discount instead of a zero-rated line rental - I hope that's OK for you (and this is why we prefer to wait for the bulk fix where this problem won't happen!)
Edit: I found someone who could fix your LRS so that's back as it is Smiley
