Voicemail Extra - supposed to be active but it's not 😒

On Sat 5 June I was just browsing the Member Centre Call Features page (yeah, I should know better by now) when Voicemail Extra suddenly removed itself, which was subsequently confirmed by email.

I immediately ticked the box to re-order it, and today the Member Centre is saying that it's 'Currently Active'.

But,

There has been no confirmatory email, and dialling 1571 goes to a message announcing that This line doesn't have a call answering service.

It would be much appreciated if someone could give the system a kick in the right place.

Thanks a lot for reaching out. Please try this again tomorrow as I've re-added the voicemail service onto your line. If it works, please try configuring some of the settings which are only available via Voicemail Extra to ensure that all of your voicemail services are working correctly.

Bad news - it's basic Voicemail and not Voicemail Extra. Sad

Hi @198kHz,

That's bizarre, the feature has been correctly and successfully set back up on our suppliers end - at least from what we can see when we view the active features on the line. Just before we proceed any further, please could you try unplugging the phone and plugging it back in again to see if this kickstarts the Extra side of the feature?

Thanks for trying anyway @198kHz. I've placed an order to remove the feature from our suppliers end and then I'm going to re-add it tomorrow. If that doesn't do the trick we may need to raise a fault to investigate further. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused in the meantime.
