Voicemail Extra deactivated after placing call divert order.

Hi

Not sure if anyone has experience with this but earlier today I place an order to add call divert to my home phone. This evening I have had an email saying that voicemail extra has been deactivated as per my order. I know that voicemail plus still remained selected so I am not sure what has happened here. I am now left without an answerphone :(. 

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks a lot for reaching out and welcome to our Community Forum.

I've just had a look into the account, something has clearly gone wrong when you were changing the call features on your line. Not to worry though, I've just placed the orders with Openreach to have both Call Divert and Voicemail Extra enabled on your line.

These should complete by the end of the day. If you're having any further issues tomorrow, please let us know. Smiley
