@pint - Can you log into your router and hit the 'Disconnect' button and 'Connect' again and see if the profile change I've made has made any difference?
If it hasn't, it could be your IP Profile stuck which I can get sorted - it's just not showing on our suppliers systems this morning for some reason!

Router disconnected/reconnected, all seems Ok now.
No too sure on whats going off at the local exchange though, theres a fleet of openreach vans outside, and people working inside, at this time of night.

Elsewhere, you've posted suggesting that things are not OK.  Can you please post here all of the information requested in the speed faults post at the top of the BROADBAND forum.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
