Yes, a PDF copy would be ideal for me.  I prefer to keep an electronic version of my bills, preferably in PDF form.  I know that can be done as Plus Net already have this facility for some of the web services they host for their clients.

GREAT IDEA, GLAD YOU GUYS TAKE NOTE! and every reply says "Yes please" i am so glad, i need my bills on pdf. I expect it will be a very swift process from here on in!

And yes, I am well aware this was 5 damn years ago, and yes it is sarcasm.
I mean, what the actual? finding this thread, and this comment by support, but nothing further baffles me. 
I know you are better now, so hey prove it by acting on this please.
I really need my bill on signed pdf for legal copies.
