Re: Very poor signal

Testing your line isn't showing any obvious issues. Can you describe how your phone is connect to the socket?

Re: Very poor signal

It is a double socket and the fiber router is plugged in the top one and the dect phone in the lower one.

Re: Very poor signal

Is there a filter between the phone and the socket? The socket sounds like it's already filtered so shouldn't need one.

What's the issue you're seeing, is there noise on the phone line?

Re: Very poor signal

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. The conversations break up even when we stand by a window. The phone is a BT6500

Re: Very poor signal

Fix

Is there noise on your line and can you run through the troubleshooting here?

Have you also tried a different phone handset, preferably a wired one?
