Hi. I have a very loud buzz on my phone line.
Impossible to hear what the other caller is saying. Tried to ring customer support but pointless as nothing can be heard.
I have followed & tried all your online tips with no success.

Welcome to the forums.
Usually I would suggest doing a 17070 quiet line test. But that might be pointless at the moment as you can hear the noise anyway.
Also to rule out it being your phones or any extensions, if you have any spare phones try them, disconnect everything else from your line and have a phone in the master socket or even better the test socket.
I've had line problems in the past, one turned out to be a dodgy extension (so inside my property), one turned out to be a fault by the drop cable outside. Basically perform all those checks to be happy it is not after the master socket else it is your responbiliy and you will be charged.
Mine second one was outside and I raised a fault on-line.
Think I am right, but I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for letting us know @nigelandjune.
It must be that Openreach were already aware of the issue but we are pleased that it's resolved your side.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
