Upgrading broadband product has de-triggered Caller Display??

Can anyone shed any light on this?

I've just upgraded my broadband package to a Unlimited Fibre Extra but have just received a message saying my Caller Display service will be turned off. Now, in the breakdown it says that this is a zero cost option - and why would I want it switched off? I don't in any case.

I'm putting this on here as Chat says its unavailable - and I'm not able to be put on hold with phone support just now.

Thanks.

Hey @DocDelete,

Sorry to hear your caller display feature has been removed without consultation, please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I can see this has now been sorted for you via this service notice here .

Thanks.

Fix

Yes, I think I've sorted it myself. For anyone else interested, I awaited the confirmation of cancellation then went back in and reactivated the feature. I am currently awaiting confirmation of success, so I'm not counting my chickens yet.

Very odd though - it should not have happened in the first place.
