Upgraded broadband and lost caller display

I booked an upgrade to my broadband last night (up to fibre), which is due to come into effect in a week.  But I also received an email saying I had cancelled caller display, and this was actioned immediately.  Is that correct?  I've tried to contact customer services but can't find any way of doing so.
