I am currently out of contract and have Anytime phone package(£8).
I wish to change to 'Unlimited UK & Mobile calls' (£9)
I have no way of doing this online, the option is not presented. I see from older posts that others have had the same problem and a Staff member made it happen .Please can the same be done for me?
