Update on Home Phone order

Hi

I have been a Broadband Only customer for a number of years. Last week I moved my telephone from BT to Plusnet.

I was not given any kind of timescale as to what date the phone would be moved over.

I have rang Customer Services for an update and after waiting almost an hour I get told that I have to be transferred to another department where the waiting time is over 60mins. This has happened three times.

This information really should have been provided by Plusnet once I had agreed to move to Plusnet along with some kind of Welcome Pack

I do not have time to keep ringing and wait over 60mins or so in a call que

I would be grateful if a represetative from Plusnet could contact me and give me an update on the swtich over of my phone from BT to Plusnes

Please please could i have some kind of update on the phone order. I can see from my account that the order is now in porgress but it has been in this status since we spoke over two weeks ago.

This is the supposed date of the switch over however the order still shows as currently being processed.

This has to be the worst product change I have ever dealt with. No timescale, few if any kind of updates.

I will be looking to cancel my whole package if I find that I'm left without a phone service come tomorrow.

From what I can see the order has completed this morning.

In addition, we've tested your line and that's not showing any issues either.
