Unwanted phone calls

I am receiving phone calls from 01143073836 which after researching have found out it is from plus net. I have marketing preferences unticked so should not be receiving these calls. 

Can you please ensure this is stopped

Hi Celt I too have been receiving these calls, one 30 minutes ago.

I have checked the number and found it is a scam..beware.

I have now blocked the number on my landline and mobile.

So annoying.

Cheers, never use landline as got my mobile. Gonna just unplug the phone I think. Gets annoying 5 or 6 times a day. Plusnet need do something about it as lots of customers having same issue

I agree..something should be done.

I was thankfully aware pretty quickly that it was a scam! But there are others out there that could quite easily be drawn in.

If it was from the number that Celt mentioned, I don't believe it is.

Either way, I do apologise that you've both been received calls despite being opted out of marketing calls.

I've passed your numbers over to the relevant department to ensure they're removed from the dialler.

Please could you clarify what you've unsubscribed from?

If you're referring to the forum thread, you can do this in the drop down menu at the top of the thread:
