Unlimited UK & Mobile calls package

I am being charged for my landline call to an 07727 .. mobile phone.

Please advise how this can be so with "Unlimited UK and Mobile"?

How long was the call you are being charged for? included calls are only for a certain length of time.  Landlines are 60 mins.  I can't remember if mobiles are 30 or 60 mins.  Could that account for it? 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi EmilyD,

I too have Unlimited UK & Mobile package.

If you look at my file you will see I have had a ticket on this which now appears to have been closed

I am still being charged for mobile calls

please explain why
