Unknown cid

Just moved to plusnet and just noticed that we no longer have caller id display on the phone but only unknown.
I read on the forum to dail *#234# and get sorry service requested is not available.
Could you look into this?

Caller ID needs to be ordered separately and doesn't automatically transfer over if you had it with a previous provider.
It cost £0.99/month and is ordered through the Phone control panel in the Member Centre

Just going to remove and add it again and see it that sort it out.

Its best to give them a ring. The website is iffy
