Just moved to plusnet and just noticed that we no longer have caller id display on the phone but only unknown.
I read on the forum to dail *#234# and get sorry service requested is not available.
Could you look into this?

Caller ID needs to be ordered separately and doesn't automatically transfer over if you had it with a previous provider.
It cost £0.99/month and is ordered through the Phone control panel in the Member Centre
