I checked my phone usage online, and it showed that numerous calls were made to different 0161 numbers (I live in Manchester and 0161 is the Manchester code), and also to 123.
I talked to a customer service rep on the phone, and she agreed to waive the charge this month.
Let me clarify that I never, I mean never call anywhere. This is frustrating, and yet again, I have been charged for phone calls I have not made on 9th September!!!
Everything had been going well up until 20th August. Since then these calls have been made, without me knowing anything about them!

It looks like you've since called our support team and we've identified a possible crossed line.
An engineer has been assigned to the fault today to further investigate.
We've also arranged to refund the call charges incurred too.
