I'm writing here as a final resort as I've been unable to speak with anyone having tried numerous times to contact customer services, and wasting hours.
What on earth is the point of having a "customer services phone line" if no one ever answers your call, and then you're disconnected after waiting for 20 minutes?
Ok so my problem is that, even though I've paid off the over-credit charges in my previous bill, I am still unable to make any landline calls! Can anyone help me out please?
