I had voicemail activated a couple of years ago. A couple of months ago I tried to add Caller Display using your online portal. The order got stuck and I had to call customer support, spent ages on a few calls with them, ended up with Caller Display but no voicemail. I tried to get voicemail added again via customer services, but this hasn't worked. I left this for a while as we were getting nuisance calls and caller display was useful. Now I have tried to add Voicemail back on, but the order has been stuck for more than a week now. I don't want to call customer support as I have wasted a lot of my time trying to get help this way already.
Please could someone get my phone service to have both Voicemail and Caller Display working?
