We changed 3 phones with the following accounts from UNICOM to PLUSNET
The emails I have received say that the first 2 have now been transferred over.
Now I have received an ADSL router for the 3rd and there are no emails that talk about the transfer of phone lines only the setting up of a broadband line which I did not want only the transfer of phone lines.
