URGENT PHONE ME NOW! Help your call centre is not answer my queries

Recently

We changed 3 phones with the following accounts  from UNICOM to PLUSNET

The emails I have received say that the  first 2 have now been transferred over.   

Now I have received an ADSL router for the 3rd and there are no emails that talk about the 
transfer of phone lines only the setting up of a broadband line which I did not want  only the 
transfer of phone lines.

I NEED YOU TO PHONE ME NOW ON [Removed]

I'm sorry to see this, however we don't provide line only services, we can supply broadband and lines together or just broadband. 

 

I've checked all 3 accounts from the details you provided in your post and all seem to be active without any issues. 

 

Please let me know if there are any specific problems we can look at alternatively there's no wait time to reach our support team on 0800 432 0200.
