Turning off Voicemail

Could you please turn off the voicemail on my line as I would rather use my answer machine.

You should be able to  turn it off at https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_remove_call_features

Thanks but have tried that there seems to be no way to turn it off

That's now been removed.

Sorry but it is still on it is saying it is still active and when you call the number it goes to voicemail

Sorry, should have said that it takes a short while to remove as it's an order. Should be completely gone in an hour or so.
