The username/password here are not necessarily the same as the ones for www.plus.net - if you can't remember your password there you can use the forgot password link.

Hi, I've been trying to contact Plusnet support to ask them to turn off my voicemail but have given up as the current waiting times are 30 minutes plus!!! So can I ask the moderator's of this board to take this action for me and arrange for my voicemail to be turned off?
Mods are customers just like yourself and have no access to your account.
However if you follow this link (login required) you should be able to turn your Voicemail off.
