Turn off Voicemail

Hi
I turned off my voicemail on the 28/10/15 and it was turned off.
I received an email from plusnet on the 7/12/15 saying they was upgrading my voicemail but as I had already cancelled it I didn't take to much notice.
I noticed today that my voicemail has been turned back on and as I haven't got the option to turn it back off in my home phone control panel, would it be possible to have it turned off again.

Turn off my voicemail feature... I never asked for it and cannot deactivate it online.

I've sent an order now to our suppliers to remove your voicemail. As it's a weekend, the order will most likely complete on the next working day - Monday.

I've just had a look at your account and I'm assuming you managed to get logged back in via the link. Glad to see you've managed to get voicemail removed now

Can you turn off mine as well?

When I joined PN I did not ask for it since I have a perfectly good answering machine which is now redundant.
