Have just gone through the process to change my Phone package from “Evenings & Weekends” to Anytime. The last page informs me:“Total to pay today (this is a one-off payment) is £4.99”
I tried phoning to query this - but was informed that the waiting time was in excess of 20 minutes. I have therefore cancelled the signing-up process pro tem as I’m not sure what this is for - can anyone advise me, please?

Tried again and this time I clicked on “I don’t need hardware” - and completed the task!
Have received confirmatory email (2 actually - as I always receive 2 emails from PlusNet!)
Thanks for your help

One to your Plusnet email address and one to your external email address? That's what I get.

Ah, that's what it is - and I thought it was because +Net thinks I'm special . . .
