We're moving house next week and have made PN aware of this on 1st April, but nothing seems to be happening to arrange the migration of our broadband/homephone. You'd think that as BT and Plusnet are one and the same, the transition would be very straight forward! We've not even been offered any dates for when an engineer can connect up the line inside the new house, even though the cable is all in place. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Hi maddyandadam, It appears that we have been waiting for a survey to complete external work so we can get the new property connected. I'll ask one of our provisioning team to see if there have been any updates for you. Jojo
